We usually ask that a midwife or healthcare provider make the request on behalf of the family. However, we understand that in some circumstances, a friend, whānau member, or the parent themselves may reach out directly.
In all cases, we ask for the name and contact details of a healthcare provider involved in the mother’s care. This helps us ensure our packages are reaching the right people, and protects the safety and integrity of this free service.

Eligibility
Our care packages are available to mothers who were:

20 weeks pregnant or more, and
Within three months after birth.

If you’re unsure whether you or someone you know is eligible, please reach out. We are here to walk gently beside you.
